What payment methods do you accept?
We offer various payments methods for you convenience such as:-
Direct Deposit, Money Order, Pay Pal
At the moment we do not accept credit card purchases (other than PayPal). By doing this we have less fees, therefore we can keep our prices lower than our competitors
Can I collect my order?
No, Unfortunately. We are purely a web based company, so that we can pass on the savings to you
Are your products in stock?
We endeavour to always have our listed products in stock, but occasionally due to shipment/supplier delays we may be out of a particular product. If we do happen to be out of stock on a product, the item will be marked accordingly under the listed item, with the expectant arrival date
Can I do a special order?
Yes. If you urgently require a item that is not listed on the web site, send me a email and I will endeavour to acquire that item for you
Postage / Shipping
Items will generally be shipped within 3 days of payments being received. Shipping times in Australia are generally 2 - 3 working days depending on your location
Warranties & Returns Policies
If a product fails under the manufactures warranty period, the product shall be returned to The Archery Den to be repaired or replaced upon the manufactures decision.
The postage costs are to be covered by the purchaser
When a product is purchased the sale is final. It can only be exchanged if:-
The product is damaged upon unpacking the item
The product malfunctions under the normal manufactures warranty conditions
It cannot be:-
Exchanged if you decide you do not like that particular brand or colour
So please choose your product carefully.
